Gooseneck Inner Ring

This Aluminum Gooseneck 16 Inner Ring is the attachment point for the pivoting boom.
This Gooseneck Ring also allows the sail to furl on the mast by rotating.
The Gooseneck is not attached so tight that the boom cannot pivot left to right.
