The Rudder Head is the top most piece of the Rudder.
It's end links connect to the steering cables.
A bolt secures the top of the rudder shaft to the Rudder Head.
As the Rudder Head turns it will encounter the Rubber Bushings of the Rudder stop thus limiting the angle of the Rudder.
