The WindRider 16 Steering Assembly includes everything you need to attach your feet to the rudder of the boat.
The kit includes: 1 pair of Steering Cables, 1 pair of Steering Rails, 1 pair of Steering Tracks, 1 pair of Steering Pedals, and all of the necessary connecting hardware.
