WR 17 Ama Backing Plate

The WR 17 Ama Backing Plate is made of aluminum and has threaded inserts.

It is used to attatch the Ama Arms to the Ama and provides support on the inside of the pontoon.

It is placed inside the pontoon and is held in place with a flat headed screw from the top.

When the Ama Arms are installed a marine sealant is used to cover the retaining screw as well as form a seal around each bolt point.

There are 4 backing plates used in each Ama.
